Do I have to participate in everything?

Everything is optional! This is YOUR retreat, so if you’d rather not go stargazing, or head to Iao Valley, or if you’d rather go on a walk on the beach than do the morning yoga, that’s totally up to you! If you want an extra hour in the spa, or to skip the spa altogether, do it! A retreat is the perfect time to do what feels aligned and honor yourself by making the choices that are right for you.

Meet The Host

Your host, author Kathy Williams has been leading yoga and energy healing trainings, retreats and healing sessions since 2000. Kathy has facilitated thousands of people in the healing tools of energy medicine and yoga. She had the good fortune of studying with Esoteric Masters and Shaman of multiple traditions.

Over the past 24 years, Kathy has worked with thousands of clients across the globe, and her favorite part is seeing the positive life changes that emerge as a result of making a few shifts in practice and perspective. She and her two sons live on the Southside of Maui, where they can be found doing puzzles or having a picnic on the beach.
