CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Because all products are downloadable at the time of receipt, there are no refunds or returns on digital products. If you find you have already purchased a product, and have a duplicate, please show us both confirmation emails, and we'll gladly exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.

We'll email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. Digital products will be available for immediate download, and if you do not find the email confirming your purchase, please do check your promo, trash & spam boxes

In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, or email address, it is your responsibility to PLEASE inform us as soon as possible... We would never want to leave you hanging.

If you’ve signed up for a subscription, the subscription renews automatically and your credit card will be charged fees stated at the time of purchase. Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged.

If you have signed up for an online class or workshop, confirmation that we have received your order and payment does not constitute acceptance into the class or workshop. You will receive a separate email confirming class details.

If you have submitted a deposit or payment in full for a service, I'O Transformation has the exclusive right to deny service if deemed necessary. If service is denied, a refund will be given in full.

We endeavor to describe the Service, class or product as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, up-to-date, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions, because we might have stayed up too late and hit the wrong key before we published something. We reserve the right to refuse, refund or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions at any time.

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the Site or Service. Additionally, I'O Transformation is not liable for damages in connection with (i) error, omission, failure of performance, denial of service, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, savings, anticipated profits, business, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.
