Viniyoga TherapyIn a yoga therapy session, we apply the tools of yoga (movement, breath and meditation) as a complementary therapy for healing or for mitigating symptoms of chronic conditions. In follow-up sessions (in person or via Skype) we’ll adjust the practice to continue to fit your needs & goals.
We’ll use movement coordinated with breath to align your body and bring freedom, strength, stability, and flexibility to body and mind. We’ll formulate a program to address your needs, including a short practice designed especially for you (5-50min) and possibly other self-care tools to support your healing.
