In Ancient Hawaii, practitioners used Mana (energy) for healing the body mind and spirit.
This powerful ancient practice has been passed down by the Kahuna (Hawaiian Shamans) for centuries, and predates even the use of herbs.
In the beginning of the session, we call in support for your highest healing, and have a discussion about what you would like to change. Then we do a powerful release process that you can use anytime after you learn it. Next, while laying down, you'll receive light touch to gently infuse your body with the high frequency I'O energies that create ease and freedom on the on body, mind & emotional levels. This can be done in person and is equally effective at a distance.
