We play together for 5 months to integrate the tools and energy of abundance into your life to get from where you are now to where you'd like to be.

What it is
​

• Small group PODS (4-6 participants) meet 3 weeks a month over Zoom.
• Week 1 Setting a direction. What would you like to change, choose, and create? We go through a reflection. Then Each participant has time to ask about what they'd like to create & we design doable steps to get there.
• Week 2 Facilitation week. What's come up in relation to your desires, taking action and moving forward? Receive facilitation around your doubts & challenges.
• Week 3 Energetic alchemy session. A live zoom in which you receive energy from the group to activate your desires. This is powerful!
• Week 4 Receive a generative energy pull or other energetic exercise each month.
• A thread to celebrate with your other pod members. This becomes a fun place for celebration, support and acknowledgment.​
• A private webpage where all your recordings (audio and video) can be accessed. And where any additional resources are posted.

I am noticing myself to be Lighter and Happier with a sense of Freedom to Enjoy Life.  Also I am using the tools of Access, Be in the question, in a different way. Rather than using question to get rid of something. I use the question to look at the energy of the discomfort, the sensation. What energy is this?

Actually I have been using "What is the flavour of this energy?" and this seems to allow for a deeper awareness which in turn allows the release of what I was holding onto.

I'm noticing with awareness and acknowledgement comes more space, along with letting go of any idea of rightness or wrongness.
