HOW DOES IT WORK?
Lie down, fully clothed, on a massage table, and unwind... The Bars are 32 points on the head that discharge the thoughts, feelings & emotions that keep you stuck and limited. Having your Bars run usually brings a sense deep relaxation; and a feeling like there are more possibilities available for your life.
This is an incredibly dynamic process that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as if you have had a deep restful sleep. Many people report that it assists them in sleeping better. What else is possible?
