There is power in coming together and energizing a desire. Gary Douglas says that when two or more come together we create a reality. Our own focus on anything for 17 seconds will amplify it- so imagine what we can create together in the space of several minutes.

There is also power in tapping into the energy throughout your day. Because that energy will become your new normal.

Now when you found hesitancy, doubt, or points of view between you and your desire you have some tools to use on those:
Collapse them back to energy
Ask: Is that really true? Maybe so maybe not maybe so maybe not
Interesting point of view
Ask is this even mine? If not, send it back

“I feel x”
I’m choosing to feel x because I think that works for me”
“ does it really work for me?”
“ what would I rather choose?”
