Each month, you will:
- Receive facilitation to move you beyond what's been keeping you stuck.
- Have accountability check-ins to keep you taking the important steps forward.
- Learn tools to help you expand your awareness, keep your focus, and use ALL of you-- your body, mind, emotions and spirit to move you forward
- Have one private session and two small group sessions to keep you aligned & moving forward
